Overview
L4KGI02 is a miniature in line Isolator providing full broadcast quality transmission of the 12G/4K UHD SDI video signal whilst blocking both the signal and ground DC paths.
It is for use with full 12G/4K UHD SDI video and all lower standards including 6G, 3G, HD and SD SDI. It is built in a cylindrical plastic (for isolation) enclosure, fitted with a BNC connector at each end. An industry-standard size mounting flange is fitted at one end.
Transparent to a broadcast-quality signal, they are useful in both permanent and temporary installations. They may be used freestanding or panel mounted, using the integrated mounting flange for mounting through panels. An accessory panel is also available to mount eight Isolators in 1U of rack space.
