Sony solutions for remote production

The implementation of social distancing measures for the pandemic of COVID19 is transforming the digital habits of the people all over the world.

One of the most important effects of lockdown was certainly the increase in the demand and enjoyment of streaming video content. This has created an acceleration towards a new way of creating multimedia content and a change of the actors involved in this different scenario.

Now, in addition to traditional media networks, companies, journalists, youtubers, sports associations and cult, need to create, with low costs, small production studios with recording systems enabled to remotely control.

Today, we want to present Sony’s solutions for remote production, via BRC remote cameras, designed for transmission in Full HD or 4K and able to offer coverage for any type of event.

	BRC-X400 The versatile BRC-X400 PTZ camera is ideal for use in a wide range of environments - from broadcast studios and remote on-air suites to sports stadiums, arenas, houses of worship and lecture halls.
	BRC-X1000 The BRC-X1000 is Sony's first 4K remote camera, combining uncompromising broadcast picture quality and smooth, silent PTZ operation with the flexibility of 3G-SDI and HDMI connections.
	BRC-H800 The BRC-H800 remote camera combines uncompromising broadcast picture quality and smooth, silent PTZ operation with the flexibility of 3G-SDI and HDMI connections.
	RM-IP10 The RM-IP10 remote control panel gives you control of up to 112 BRC cameras over an IP network, or 7 cameras over a traditional VISCA-controlled network. Up to 5 remote control panels can share control of the system.
	RM-IP500 Easy, ergonomic PTZ control of multiple remote cameras for live events production and contents creation. This compact remote controller features a high-quality joystick that allows effortless one-handed pan, tilt and zoom adjustments of compatible Sony PTZ remote cameras.
