AGON CHANNEL, the TV made in Italy in Tirana
Realized 3 production studios in short time
Agon Channel TV, the new TV born in Tirana from Francesco Becchetti, an Italian entrepreneur who has worked for years in Albania with its investments in the energy production industry, has recently had Professional Show as an important partner in the building process of its studios.
The television, built in record time (only three months) consists of 3 studios and 2 production sections.
The NEWS studio has its own production facility with 6 HD Panasonic AG-HPX500 cameras in studio configuration. The full lighting system is LED based and consists of about 50 ARRI LED fixtures.
Studio 2, an intermediate size one, uses up to N.08 Panasonic AK-HC3500 HD cameras with optical fiber connections. The lighting system is also a LED based ARRI one, and consists of about 120 fixtures. In the studio, we can find a 12 meters crane with 3 axis panning head. Integrated into the scenery there's a video wall made up of 30 Panasonic 55 inches seamless screens with a Matrox image management system.
Studio 3, large (600 sqm), uses up to N.08 Panasonic AK-HC3500 HD cameras with optical fiber connection + 3 moving cameras mounted on trusses + 1 wireless camera mounted on a Steadicam. The ARRI lighting system, also totally LED based, consists of about 250 fixtures, including moving lights. In the studio, a 12 meters crane with 3 axis head and an 8 mts track dolly. The setting provides a 4 mm pitch background ledwall of mt 12x4,5. In the foreground 04 moving 3x1 mts ledwalls (4 mm pitch) were installed. The studio has a circular ledfloorof 60 sqm. The sets are managed by two redundant Catalyst systems.
The video switcher is For-a and the audio mixing board is Yamaha.
Evertz HD 128x128 as video matrix with X-link system for integrated multiviewer.
The entire management of files is Kapricorn managed with 13 Adobe Premiere-based editing stations. Storage relies on a EMC2 150 TB system for the on-line part and on an additional 250 TB on a ALTO system for the offline. In addition a network for sharing news with the editorial staff was set up.
We also have provided the station a KU band HD satellite uplink, as well as TVU Pack backpacks and a Datavideo flycase.
